Founder/President Annette Davis’ passion for baking started as a teenager while taking baking classes in school. For years to follow, she would continue her learning and practice at home baking for family and friend’s birthdays, other major milestones, and holidays. In 2016, Pudding Pan Desserts was launched in Brooklyn, New York City. The company was birthed from family loss, loss of employment, and a family history of female entrepreneurship. 

Owning a small business, doing what she loves, and bringing joy to others were the missing ingredients in her life’s recipe.  As a local female black-owned small business, quality ingredients and the personal care and attention that goes into our process of crafting baked goods are of tremendous importance to us.
